If you are one of the unlucky few who have received your product and it has been damaged through transition or is a rare faulty product then we would be more than happy to replace your product free of charge.

You must contact us within 14 days to allow us to organise the replacement product for you. Please attach pictures as this will speed up the process and get your new product in your hands in no time. 

If you get in touch out-with the 14 days then we will still be happy to send you a replacement however we will require you to cover the post and packaging costs.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns under any other conditions.
